Configuration 217 Unmanaged Media Converters

Description:
The new Fiberdyne Labs FHC-1000 Series 10/100TX to 100FX Media Converter (Fiber/T Converter) provides one TX port and one FX port. The FX port is available in multimode or single-mode with a choice of either ST or SC connectors. (Note: Singlemode is available with SC Connectors) The FX port is composed of Transmit and Receive ports. The TX port uses a standard RJ-45 connector which automatically senses the speed and auto-adjusts to either 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps.

 

Features:

• - 10/100Mbps TX port with RJ-45 Connectors (10/100Base-T).
• - TX port automatically senses the speed and auto-adjusts to either 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps
• - FX port can be ordered with ST or SC connector pair -
      - Multimode: Supports both 62/125um and 50/125um fiber
      - Single-mode: Supports 9 or 10/125um
  (Note: Singlemode is available with SC Connectors)
• - FX port multimode supports links up to 2km; Single-mode supports links up to 20km.
• - Supports Auto Uplink on TX port and LFPT (Link-Fault-Pass Through)
• - Auto-Uplink: User can connect to a PC or Switch/Hub by using either a straight-through or cross-over cable. The FHC-0110 will automatically detect the type of cable and make the connection link., MDI-X
• - Link Fault Pass-Through: When a cable on one end is broken or disconnected, it will automatically inform the other end. The remote ends link LED will indicate the fault/disconnect.
